Might be a thought. I doubt he does though, and even if he did he would not and definitely SHOULD NOT, start out as HC at UT.  Position coach, sure, but even then he might want to be a GA first.

I can't believe UT seemingly has zero legacies in the head coaching pipeline. Head scratcher for me... not that programs do that as much anymore, but "we" may need a coach that comes out of pity if nothing else

It'll never happen because...well, he's set for life financially, but can you imagine how good a coach Peyton Manning would be? He would be almost guaranteed to be successful, given his knowledge of the game and his work ethic. His only potential flaw would be demanding so much perfection from his players that he turned them off.

It's just his first year, but he's learning from the greatest cheater coach in NFL history.

In talking to some folks I know close to the Elizabethton program, they tell me that they will be surprised if Jason isn't coaching high school football with his brother.
