So who will come out of spring practice the number 1 quarterback?

So who will be the number 1 quarterback for Tennessee after spring practice? Will it be Justin Worley,Nathan Peterman or Joshua Dobbs? I think Worley wins it on experience. In the long term it the guy to watch could be Joshua Dobbs,He's got the kind of skill set that Coach Jones likes in His system.

Won't be Dobbs.  He won't enroll at UT until summer, so he obviously isn't in spring practice. 

I'm betting that Worley and Peterman will come out of spring both bracketed at #1.

I'm with 101stDad. I don't think there will be a clear No. 1 coming out of spring. But if I were a betting man, I'd say Peterman will start against Austin Peay.
