I have no proof that any of these coaches will be successful or fail. My choice of Strong is based on the fact that he is a really good recruiter and there is no doubt about that.

All I know is that after buying into the Gruden hype pretty heavily at first I no longer believe it was ever close to happening and I'm frustrated that we are about to bungle another hire. I'm just ready for it to be over.
