Even if I root for bammer in that game, you will NEVER hear those vulgar words escape my lips.

I grew up hating Alabama. I mean HATING Alabama ( I'm 47, do the math). So it pains me to say this, but I hope Bama rips Notre Dumb a new one.

I'll be rooting for Alabama. I don't hate Notre Dame the way a lot of people do, but seeing everyone pile on the N.D. bandwagon is enough for me. Plus I still have a bad taste in my mouth from the way Stanford was robbed against N.D. earlier in the season.

I've never really liked ND...but as stated above...the bandwagon sissies and the fizzling media have made me just despise the damn team. Hell, I can't hardly stand to watch Rudy anymore!

I live among the bammers so my hate runs deeper than most of you. Go Dawgs (which almost makes me puke) then bammer can run somewhere and hide. After that, I pull for anyone vs ND.

Some of you guys are nuts! If Notre Dame and bama play for the NC, I will be the biggest ND fan for that one day. To hell with bama.

So ya grew up an Irish fan, huh? I should have known....... BG Yeah, back in the 70s. Bear never did beat Notre Dame, just like he never beat Neyland. The Notre Dame-Bama rivalry was huge in the 70s. They played in the Sugar Bowl twice and did a home and away a couple times in the late 70s and early 80s. So when I moved to Tennessee and found out they hated Bama too, it naturally made me like the Vols.

If ND wins, for the next 20 years they can go 8-5 in their patsy-filled schedule & still will be ranked in the top 25. That's why I cannot stand ND.
