Well Bruce has every right to be hesitant to cooperate since he has been fired from his job the times he has cooperated. The fact that he was guilty of lying at UT when he cooperated did not help. The fact that UT adminstration instructed their lawyer to not tell Bruce the facts is another. At this stage with Bruce, if the university calls you in for your side, you have to assume it will be to gather evidence to fire you. If Bruce has been told my his attorney not to cooperate, it may be because the Federal Attorney could use Auburn's own investigation for evidence.

I remember very well the Aubies coming over here rubbing getting Pearl in our face.

"To whomever the idiot was that fired Bruce . . .THANK YOU!"

   Good riddance.

From what I have heard lots worse was going on than just a barbeque and a lie about it.  My opinion has been and remains that it's like the Feds nailing Al Capone for tax evasion.  They got him with the one thing they could prove.

I hate to say that because I loved Bruce and what he did for our Bball program.  Arguably he was even better than Ray Mears, maybe our best Bball coach ever.

But I'm pretty sure there were some "Pitino-like" things going on, unfortunately.
