I realize that Baylor is a high scoring team and Kansas sucks, but 45 points. I wonder what the largest spread is for a game between power conference schools.

And I'd probably still pick Baylor.  Kansas might be the worst power conference team in over a decade.

After watching the blooper reel which was KU's first game against N Dakota (???), I think hanging 45 pts by Baylor at the end of Quarter #1 is very likely.
