...I'm going to the finale at Auburn. I checked a few weeks ago, and tickets were going for $200+. Now they're down to $68 and up. I expect they'll lose to The Homicide Gang next week, so that price should come down even more.

I don't see why we won't beat Arkie at home

They’re finally healthy, playing much better (yesterday’s loss notwithstanding). And have you seen US play lately?

We beat Alabama w/o James & Phillips. Had the two gut stomper losses, UK seems to have gelled. Lost at a & m with a chance to win & down two players. I prefer to see the glass half full as we are hopefully healthy again, too!

Having said the above, Phillips & James have been wildly erratic since the Texas game. No question we are offensively challenged. I hope they play well & win. Defense is going to give us a chance to win most games.

IMO our recent struggles are overstated.  JJJ was out for four games.  We did beat the no. 1 team pretty convincingly.  We did lose two games on low percentage (esp the Mizzou game!) last second shots.  Against Tamu we had three players with the flu, and the calls went against us badly.

I am concerned by the loss to UF, who hasnt done much since, and the way we lost twice to UK.  The other games don't concern me as much.

We do need to play well in these last two to build momentum going into the Dance, but JJJ looked great Saturday and I expect that to continue.
