Is he a potential db? I assume Brewer and Jackson are gone after this year so that area may not be super loaded for the future. That having been said I'd like some front 7 guys.

Vinnie may well have made at least one list, and I'm fairly certain my uncle was on another. They seem to include 5/8 of all males between 15-75.

1) Gotta say anything Thamel writes I take with a sizeable amount of salt. He's got the uninformed muckraker thing down.
2) Chizik was dumb to poke the bear during meetings and Stallings wasn't too bright to be quoted. The former should have known better, and the latter may have an issue keeping his mouth shut.

It should be noted I'm a product of Blount County schools (not Maryville City), but have friends who graduated from every school in the Knox County. Here's my assessment: you can't go wrong.
Hardin Valley Academy is the flavor of the week, but you can send your kids to South-Doyle (sister and several friends went there) and they'll get a good education. The best value in west(ish) Knoxville is Karns, but Powell is the best bang for your buck at the moment.
Realtors will typically degrade everything not in a three-mile radius of Pellissippi Parkway, but there are great places to live and terrific educational opportunities throughout the area.
