and noticed a name missing. Number 46 Channing Fugate came here as a FB and actually started a few games until Ben Bartholomew got healthy then last year was moved to LB. Didn't see him on the roster. I'm sure I've missed something on him but what happened? Anybody know?

He's transferring. I haven't heard where yet, but he realized that he wasn't going to get PT at LB and this offense doesn't have a fullback. I can't blame him.

he left. I believe he is going to EKU

It would suit me if we never recruited KY again. Players from KY never seem to work out. In fact, Chester Ford is the best contributor I can recall.

Seems like TE would be an option, but maybe he was too slow or didn't have hands, IDK.

We have had a few good players from Ky over the years.  I don't think we can afford to not recruit a border state, even if there are only 1-2 players a year there worth it.
