We ate there for the first time over the holidays. I figure I ate at least 2 lbs of meat. It would have been more but I made the mistake of eating a few helpings of mashed potatoes. Some of the meats were really good, but not all of them. It was the quantity and variety that made the experience.

The service at the one in Knoxville blew me away.  I also made the mistake of getting too much from the salad bar.
