It looks like we may be headed to the Sugar Bowl.  If we had gone to the SECC and lost to bammer, the Citrus is probably the best we could hope for.  But now as long as we beat Vandy and bammer takes care of UF, it looks very likely that we could be spending NYD in the Big Easy.

Possible.....but I won't be surprised if FL beats FSU. If they do they will most likely go into the SECCG ranked in the top 10-12 (they were ranked 13th in both polls today). With their defense I don't see Bama blowing them out....and even with a loss to a No.1 ranked team they most likely don't drop very much. Most of it depends on if they beat FSU or not. I think they have a good shot.

Auburn was ranked 16th today and we were ranked 24th in both polls.

I would make every attempt to go, too.  I was there the last time we went (hard to believe it's been 26 years ).  For fans, I can't imagine a better bowl destination.

I was there in 1990, only bowl game I've ever been to.

I was there when Testaverde ate dirt.  "IT WAS A NATURAL HOLE, KEITH!!!".  Eight of us subversive theatre student types crammed into a hotel room the night before to scream ourselves senseless at the Superdome.  It was SUCH an awesome game.  I still watch it on occasion.

I was there in 85 and 90. In 85 we spent 4 nights there and it took me 2 weeks to recover when I got home.   90 was good but not as much excitement as the Miami game IMO..

I've made 16 bowl games over the many years and enjoyed everyone.

I was not there in '85, but church met earlier than normal, so everyone could get home and watch. In '90 (not there either), I just remember being frustrated the first three quarters, and being fired up by Amsler's play. That whole season was frustrating.
