He's not a great public speaker but he can probably communicate with players and recruits.
One of the posts I linked about him mentions he is no greater orator but one-on-one can be impressive.
I also mentioned that one UT source has earlier said he "killed" his first interview. That obviously speaks well of his ability to get his point across, and "close the deal" when recruiting. Again, no one knows for sure how he will adjust to being a head coach, but communication while recruiting shouldn't be a weakness.
