That is Jerome Flynn, who plays Tyrion's protector and all-around badass, Bronn, on the show.  Apparently, he was something of a pop star in the UK back in the 90s.  

Someone said in the comments that they should have him and Peter Dinklage performing a shot for shot remake of this video, in full GoT costumes, as a blu-ray extra.  How awesome would that be?

Now, you might not know what Sibel Kekilli (Shea) did before G.O.T.... but let's just say she didn't go by Sibel Kekilli... she went by, um... "Dilara".  I would post a video but I would be banned from this board.
