and NIL has changed the game. Most of the older coaches don't want to put up with the bs. You spend ages recruiting a kid in high school then he transfers one year after arriving. It will be nearly impossible to develop a player. Then you have other schools "recruiting" your recruit to transfer.

I saw a trailer on SECN this morning that stated he didn't like the "what can I get now" aspect of NIL
