Tre Turner seems a great possibility. Best WR at Va Tech and Hooker's favorite target while he was there. They have chemistry. Could be a great replacement for Jones, perhaps.
There are also some other Va Tech possibilities. The idea is that Hooker knows all these guys and can ask them to join him as buddies, unofficially.
Farther afield, we already have three good transfers from USC West, the most prominent of which is Jones (also our kicker and a DL).
Then there is UF.
Then there is OU.
Then there is LSU.
There is continued underperformance at the fake UT. We have their top tackler from last year.
Lot of potential for some great talent to be in the portal.
