the venue? I guess it's okay for a one time event. Just how good will the viewing experience be? To me the worst part will be getting out of there afterwards. Traffic will be horrendous. I know from going to many races over the years. The only thing that would kill the whole event would be  an L in the game.

Going but why I don't have a clue.  As much for the experience I guess, certainly not to watch a football game.
Decided to take a bus to and from, that way I don't have to worry about traffic

I think taking a bus is wise.  At least you'll be semi-comfortable sitting still in traffic for hours.

As for the venue, color me skeptical, but since I am going to be watching on the big screen from the comfort of my recliner in the man cave, i'm not concerned.  

It is what it is.

I have 4 tickets but probably won't be going. I'll let my nephews have the experience while I don't watch from home.    I never watch the Vols on TV any more, and haven't for several years; too much stress.
