Title: Normally vandy is a trap game...not this year Post by: BanditVol on November 19, 2011, 11:04:44 EST I was reading an article at GoVols that talked about how many times over the years UT has come back from huge deficits vs. vandy. Also, it seems most years we just have to try and stay motivated vs. vandy. Typically this is a trap game.
Not this year....this game is actually one of the bigger games of the season given the way things have gone. First, it's a tougher game automatically because vandy is better. Second, it's potentially our first SEC win and almost gurantees a bowl and a 500 regular season to boot. So it's huge. To some extent, I am stating the obvious. But I think due to the above factors, our team will be very motivated and have their heads in this game. I guess we find out soon enough...
