I have to look through the vault book to see what I have and what's ready, and then there are more bottles in racks in my kitchen. Usually red wines with red meat, white with white. But a good Pinot Noir can go with turkey. Although I don't always follow the rules. For the first tim in a long time I'm not making the Knoxvegas/Lexington trip this year. Headed for Chitown Monday so it would have been too much travelling. We are going to have to postpone until Saturday. So we had to scramble and get a reservation at Calhoun's on Bearden Hill @4:00. That is still OK because my wife is still alive this year to celebrate with.
