Frankly I think that we are seeing the results of the Mike Hamilton effect on our program. Hamilton chose Kiffin over objections of some people that warned Hamilton of the consequences of just such a hire. I for one was not sanguine about the hire even though some people on this board said he was the perfect hire for UT going forward. I think Hamilton was swinging for the fences and did not know how to hire a quality football coach.
