There is no doubt in my mind that a LOT of the isues with the running game centered on Poole but there were far too many individual breakdowns on the OL this year. In addition, they were really lacking in the ability to block effectively in short yardage situations. Further, their pass blocking and blitz pick ups were far worse this year than recent years. If we get serious about making the run game work this year, it just might. If the majority of snaps remain passes, it probably won't improve much. |
