I still say he's the number one target based off of everything I've seen. We'll see if this game changes that. Again, I'm underwhelmed by Shannon as well and think Tennessee fans are overrating him, maybe in the same way I've overrated Steele. Clemson's D is not playing well but their offense gave up a 99 yard TD return on a fumble plus turned it over twice deep in their own territory.
