Much as I hate to say it, Bama probably deserved it: they actually had the better game the first time around, except for the fact that they couldn't get the FGs. Well, that's my opinion anyway.
I just wish we could become relevant again - its tough watching college football knowing that the Vols are nowhere near the top level teams. I long for the days when we competed with and beat these same teams on a somewhat regular basis. We aren't even in Bama's "league" right now. I'm not even sure how we hung with them in this years game for 2 qtrs. As for the BCS, hopefully we will get the long overdue 4 team playoff soon. |
