Not a single one can consistently shoot the ball from outside and their are bigs are, for the most part, just big. Other than a few, they have no speed or quickness off the first step. Defense is an alien subject that none will touch. They are just not very good and it should be obvious to all that the talent level is below other schools. The Lady Vols are not in the elite programs and have not been for several years.
That said, I think Pat's illness has sucked the life and energy out of this team. That is not meant as an excuse, but it has to be in the back of their minds and has to be a distraction. This team is there in body only. Maybe they can pull together and start concentrating, but I just do not see it. |
