On the other hand, if there's any bubble team that was going to win over a 1-seed to get into the tourney, UConn would be the best because we have a win over them. Lunardi had them as a 10 seed, which is comfortable in the field. So I don't see how this helps or hurts us.
In his latest projections, Lunardi has Memphis an 8 seed in Kentucky's bracket. I hope that happens. I would love to see Memphis get pounded like a red headed step child!
