Title: Pitiful Post by: BanditVol on March 20, 2012, 03:43:19 EDT We started slow and sloppy, played much better in the second half (which, BTW is a very common pattern this season) but then just kind of died around the 7 minute mark. MTSU seemed to just want it more. First we seemed to relax a little, then we tensed up and could not hit the broad side of a barn. Very disappointing. We had them at the 6-7 minute make and let them off the hook with sloppy play.
At least we won one game, but this one should have been in the bag. :frown: Getting back to the slow 1st half starts, they seem to be a trademark of this team. I hope Cuanzo notices and makes it a point of emphasis in the offseason. |
