Not from a talent perspective but from a maturity perspective. I for one am tired of Dooley giving him chance after chance, just like Janzen. If Dooley is to salvage his career at UT, he's got to get control of the locker room. We can afford to lose a diva wr who does more harm than good.

Hubbs also just reported that Dooley said Rogers has to do something he has been asked to do, and if he does it, he is immediately back on the team.
