Obviously that speech could be heard in most football locker rooms across the country, at all levels..  But consider the circumstances.

I suspect Williams went too far and encouraged causing physical harm, not just "big hits".  However, I'm dreading where all of this could lead.  I'm seriously concerned this could have an impact on the game that's gonna effect everyone.  Stupid rules are implemented because of stupid people's actions.  Stupid people eventually ruin all good things.

I was particularly bothered by him making reference to a SF player's ACL.

Same here, talking about hard hits, putting fear into opponent, etc. is not shocking.  Talking about taking out an ACL is bottom of the barrel.

Then what should happen to the University of Miami football program? They've been doing it for years.

They should alternate being on probation every other year with FSU on general principle.  :tongue:
