Title: If I were a betting man, I would say that Petrino's next stop is... Post by: Black Diamond Vol on April 11, 2012, 06:06:48 EDT ...Oregon State. Pac 12 schools have a history of giving second (and third and fourth) chances to coaches with questionable backgrounds- See Erikson, Barnett, Kiffin, Neuheisel, Rodriguez, etc. Mike Riley has done about as well as you can do at OSU- but he's coming off 2 straight losing seasons, including 3-9 last year, and he's almost 60 years old. If he does poorly again this year, I can see him being "persuaded" to retire, and being replaced. Petrino would make sense there. I really can't see him taking a non-BCS job (his ego won't allow him), and his name is mud in the NFL.

After his treatment of ATL, I figured he would be unofficially banned from the NFL. Maybe he and Rex Ryan can join up. They can film a combo motorcyle/foot fetish video on the side.
