Title: Met the appraiser at the house today. Post by: Inspector Vol on July 20, 2012, 10:59:45 EDT I did not get any numbers but after I told him my loan was under 50k he said it would be no problem at all. Hoping for a substantial amount of built in equity. Hope to sign the mortgage next week.
