But you know what? I have seen some stuff about Lane. In the presser described in the article I just posted, he states that he can't talk about individual players, then starts saying how RB is the only position that he's worried about "depth" at. Depth? Depth? Hell, we need to use that. If Redd comes to UT, he's pretty much the starter IYAM. If he goes to USCw, then Laney might be nice enough to pencil him in at no. 2, apparently. I would absolutely HAMMER USCw for that, if I were one of our coaches. Depth....pfffft. Typical Lane letting his mouth get ahead of his brain. It reveals so much. Insensitivity to the players, showing his cards prematurely, not being able to shut his piehole. Then again, he doesn't have a brain. Just a set of those fake balls people hang on their pickup trucks. You know, for show only.
