Yeppers, as we were walking out Friday night I remarked to dad that this was the first time since 98 I saw the VOLS win in the dome.We should have beaten L$U in 01 and 07 for sure Title: Re: Is this the first time.. Even though we won in 97 and 98, we still looked like crap in those games.
And BTW, the dome curse isn't just reserved for football. The mens' and womens' basketball teams have laid a lot of eggs in that place, too. I attended the 1997 game and my impression at the time was that we played badly in the first half and better in the second. Well as it turns out they showed the gamr here on a locsl station this summer and we sucked the whole game lol. |
