Title: Re: Former Braves pitcher Pascual Perez killed in robbery of His home Post by: Black Diamond Vol on November 02, 2012, 01:59:02 EDT The funniest Braves dustup I can remember was against the Phillies in 91 (I think). Their pitcher earholed a guy, and the benches cleared. Tome Glavine was pitching for the Braves, and he knew that he was obligated to retaliate against the first batter he saw the next inning. Only problem was, the leadoff hitter that inning was none other than Dale Murphy. Glavine threw three 50 MPH changeups right at his head, the ump tossed him, and he just looked in at Murph, shrugged his shoulders, and walked straight off the field without saying a word. :dielaughing:
