Sounds like the sticking point was over salary for assistants. Thought they were way past that already. Just setting up Hart the hero in this negotiation (I hope).

The article stated that there was agreement with Gruden on his money but not on the money for his staff. Apparently he has told them take it or leave it when it comes to staff money.
