There is nothing we can do but accept what is decided and move on. I had hoped we would get a good one, even a splash hire if you will. The years of Hamilton hires and all of the damage done during that era has left me jaded with the decision makers at UT. I hope.....I hope......but I have no confidence.
We have to get respectable first as we have lost all respect within the football community. We know how ky ole miss, miss state and vandy feel now. We had a chance to make a big jump this year with the talent we had. Now a lot of that will move on and I don't know that a new coach can has enough stuff to work with to get past 6-6 next year. I can't stand Chaney, but all we needed was an average defense to have went 9-3 or 10-2 and we hired a defensive coach who couldn't figure out that people will run the ball outside the ends and that the forward pass was a legal play that should be guarded against. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: Title: Re: We will know who the coach is when they decide to tell us. But, this madness ain't gonna stop till that announcement "IS" made. These constant rumors are wearing everyone out.
