All our rivals have out recruited us in recent years. Our w-l records bears this out. Hell even Vandy is ahead of us in talent. Whooda thunk Vols football could fall off this much. Bright spot is up is the only way to go. Gotta at least land all top TN High School players which would be a good place to start.
