Title: Re: Vols get a PG commitment Post by: Clockwork Orange on March 25, 2013, 03:36:01 EDT Not impressed with Landry? Lol. I don't know anything about him. No. He's not a D-I basketball player, much less an SEC player. Senior season stats (flea'd from HKVol on Hoopsville (http://forums.scout.com/mb.aspx?s=7&f=1398&t=11398754)): Quote from: HKVol Points Per Game - 2.8 Assists Per Game - 2.7 Rebounds Per Game - 3.1 Steals Per Game - 1.4 Blocks Per Game - .0 Total Points - 88 FG's: 29-114 25.4% 3FG's: 2-29 6.9% FT's: 24-45 53.3% Most points in a game this season? 10 points in the second game of the season Most assists in a game? 7 in the last game (team scored 131 points and Rathan-Mayes had 20 assists in that game with a triple-double). 44 steals and 40 turnovers on the season. We also don't have a scholly free for Thompson unless Landry doesn't come or someone else leaves. Jeez. With numbers like that, how did he get any D-1 offers? There has to be more to the story. Did he show more in earlier seasons and get injured? Does he have a younger blue-chip teammate who might join him later in a package deal? :dunno: Title: Re: Vols get a PG commitment Post by: Volznut on March 25, 2013, 05:58:43 EDT He did not have any other Div 1 offers
