Post by: RockinGrannyVol on July 01, 2013, 11:47:45 EDT Just talked with Ray...surgery went better than expected (went in at 7:30 and they were closing her up at 5:00pm)...they were able to pull her stomach up and attach it to the piece of esophagus she had left, so they didn't have to use any of her colon. They will not allow her to drink anything until Friday or Monday. It will be a while before she is out of recovery.

He thinks they finally have a handle on her BP, so she could be leaving the ICU soon. Her stomach is now up around her heart and the surgeons are very pleased with the results. I told Ray to let Debbie know that this was the reason God gave her such big boobs cause He knew she would need that extra space some day. :bowrofl:
