Title: Re: Stogie, how are ya doing? Post by: Stogie Vol on August 01, 2013, 11:12:54 EDT I'm doing very well, thanks. The recovery was much easier and quicker than I thought it would be. I only had to take 2 weeks off from work. My surgery was on June 24 and I've lost 60 lbs so far.
I have to take 8 multivitamins a day of which normal folks only would have to take 3. I also have to get in 100 grams of protein each day. I now HATE protein shakes. I feel so much better even though I still have a ways to go. Thanks again for asking. Title: Re: Stogie, how are ya doing? Fabulous bro...I know it is hard and that you will eventually get to eat some real protien soon. The biggest thing is the vitamins and yes they are way over the top in Chalky. I Actually took some of them when my Vitamin D level went down during all of my SO's problems a few years back and they are beyond chalky tasting but they do help. Keep it up bro you got us all cheering for ya!!!! Title: Re: Stogie, how are ya doing? Thanks for the support! |
