Title: Some Worley numbers Post by: BanditVol on September 08, 2013, 04:31:22 EDT First half, 3-9 for 35 yards
Second half, 8-10 for 107 yards I knew he did better in the 2nd half, surprised it was that much better. Not saying it means all that much, but I am definitely glad he improved as the game went along, and not the reverse. Title: Re: Some Worley numbers Post by: PirateVOL on September 08, 2013, 04:35:51 EDT First half, 3-9 for 35 yards almost all those 35 yards were on the circus catch by North on a really, really bad passSecond half, 8-10 for 107 yards I knew he did better in the 2nd half, surprised it was that much better. That's encouraging, but he still has a long way to go. What strikes me most is how long it takes him to throw beyond 5-10 yards. It's like he has to take 15 seconds to wind up to throw. It happened on the pass to North in the 1st half and again on the deep ball that set up the first TD of the third quarter. It frightens me that he is our best QB right now. Tennessee cannot win consistently in the SEC without a legitimate passing threat.
