I've long maintained that the chief reason why we haven't seen them is Butch didn't want to burn a redshirt. Now that the RS is out the window, I didn't see anything today that suggested he shouldn't start next week. I hate it for Worley. He seems like a genuinely good guy. But I want to win games. And Dobbs has the ability to be electrifying. It's very clear that he has a world more potential than Worley. I don't think we saw enough from him today to say that he can manage the offense or take care of the ball, but he did lead two scoring drives. That's a start. My thinking was five years is far too long a horizon for which to plan. We needed to do what would make us better next year. I'm extremely impressed with how Worley has developed, but I think Dobbs seeing action bodes well for the future.

Worley might be a good kid, hard worker, etc...etc...etc...etc....but he is NOT a SEC QB. He can't help it, he just does not have it.
