He was a terrible coach to start with, then the fact that he landed Alabama on major probation, he pretty much left the program in shambles. In fact, I would knock Shula off that list because I think Shula did decently considering the mess the program was in when he took over. (Yes, Franchione separated him from Dubose, but still...)
