Their flirtation with Saban was basically the same thing that Auburn did with Petrino back in the day, except ut didn't even make an effort to keep it a secret. You have a sitting coach who's been there for 16 years and has won at the highest level, and you're publicly courting his replacement? I don't care for Mack Brown personally- but still, that's shameful. :frown:

I was drinking beer with a colleague who has a PhD fromTexas who was of the opinion that it would be better to ease him out....which is what I thought about Fulmer. I think we were both right but time will tell. |
