I think Wes Welker is going to enjoy this win for a long time.

Although it would still come across as sour grapes, Belichick might have a bit of a point if Julian Edelman hadn't injured Rodgers-Cromartie on the exact same type of play in the first half.

Not only that, but Belichick's entire legacy is built on cheap shots.  Guys like Ty Law, Willie McGinest, and especially Rodney Harrison were trying to hurt someone every time they took the field.  Those guys were the foundation of the defense that won them 3 Super Bowls.

The article is by a Boston beat writer and implies the Broncos would not win without Talib getting injured.

Yes, because a New England DEFENSIVE player got hurt, the New England offense only scored 3 points in the first three quarters.

The interesting thing is that the NFL just called the league's greatest cheater out, as the play was LEGAL.

What interested me was Walter Thurmond's comments at the end of the article. Why is a Seahawk player who is headed to the Super Bowl against the Broncos in two weeks interjecting himself into a story that doesn't involve his team at all? Is everyone associated with the Seattle franchise a dick?

Well, it seems that assistants under Carrol are so it would seem that players are as well.
