AJ and Sapp argued with the cops about the level of the music and are arrested for resisting. O'Brien is arrested for underage consumption, but this is at a private residence. Hard for me to really get worked up about either of those transgressions, assuming the story is correct.

My thing, however, is that when the police show up and tell you to turn the music down, you turn the damned music down. Confrontation with police is never a good thing under any circumstances, no matter whether one believes they are doing something wrong or not.
