Title: One of the annoucers doing the Gonzaga game...
Post by: Be-the-Vol on March 22, 2014, 01:31:28 EDT
was trying to make an analogy between what was going on with the big Polish kid from Gonzaga and Shaq with respect to the fouling strategy.  He said they were using the Hack-a-Pollock.  He said it in a playful way, and didn't seem to mean anything hurtful by it.  I almost fell over laughing.  Not because it was all that funny, but I knew the hell he was about to catch.  Later he apologized multiple times, and finally his partner had to say, "You're good now."  I hate that he is about to feel the full force of the PC police, but I guess being an announcer, he should know better.   :frown:

It's a shame our culture has come to such a  level of sensitivity   :frown:

I truly hope that trend reverses, because it's pretty freaking ridiculous IYAM
