And to get TWO 5* DT's for the next class? Our D line is going to be seriously good. Title: Re: Are we about to land a 5* running mate for Khalil Mckenzie? We've been through so much, it's hard to believe that the light at the end of the tunnel isn't an oncoming train. Nonetheless, I think our patience is about to be rewarded in a big way starting next year. Title: Re: Are we about to land a 5* running mate for Khalil Mckenzie? Also, Preston Williams is going to be VERY close to a 5 star on rivals, and IS a 5 star on 247. So that's 3 Title: Re: Are we about to land a 5* running mate for Khalil Mckenzie? So that's 3 Last year, Rivals seemed to have our guys rated higher than most. This year, they have them lower. Dormady just got bumped up from 2 stars to 3, but everyone else has had him as a 4 for a while. They have Mckenzie as #4 at his position (and only a 4*), while others have him #1 overall. They're also lower on Williams and Tuttle (assuming we get him). Weird. :dunno: Title: Re: Are we about to land a 5* running mate for Khalil Mckenzie? Post by: RIPLEYVOL on August 09, 2014, 03:55:54 EDT Piss on all the stars, they don't play foozball! Just let these young men come in here and kick some arse Tennessee style!

BG Hahaha, you joke, but it's well known that the head Rivals guy is a huge bammer homer. Title: Re: Are we about to land a 5* running mate for Khalil Mckenzie? Shannon Terry (posts under the name Lucky) sold Rivals to Yahoo a few years back and made big bucks. He launched 247 Sports as his new project with Shannon the majority owner and longtime Texas recruiting guru Bobby Burton as the minority owner. When the contract with Rivals ended with his Bama site, which was Rivals largest team site, he moved Bama Online to 247. He operates 247 and Bama Online and posts there as well...full of good info. BG Oh okay. Rivals still seems to have a bammer bias. Maybe some of the staff Terry hired are still around. |
