Nice to see some upper East Tennessee guys contributing. Is he very talented? Yes, he did. UT ran across him when they were recruiting the DB QB/CB Malik Foreman. Swafford was originally going to walk on, then he was going to grayshirt, but a scholly came available and he ended up playing as a true freshman. He seems to be a solid player.
