He's a nightmare. :banghead: I've never heard him before today; had to change the channel. [/quote lol He pretty much sucks up to bammer fans and so has high ratings in alabammer ESPN apparently mistook that for talent. :naughty: Title: Re: Why in the world is the SEC Network... Post by: Black Diamond Vol on September 06, 2014, 04:28:18 EDT If they just had a studio show with Finebaum as host, conducting interviews and such, it might be tolerable. But it's his idiot callers that make it unwatchable. It was funny when it was just a bammer thing, but now that Phyllis and Jim and Al are being broadcast into over 90 million homes everyday, it's an embarrassment to the entire SEC. :banghead:

In fact, except for live games, I think most of the SECN is very amateurish, reporters, programing, and games are rerun 88 times a day. Other than Vol game, I don't think I've watched more than 30 min total since it came on the air.

Other than Vol game, I don't think I've watched more than 30 min total since it came on the air. In his defense, he's not a reporter and he has no obligation to be unbiased. But with that said, I can't stand him either. And I think the fact that the SECN has him on 4 hours a day is a huge mistake. I can't imagine that programming is drawing many viewers outside Alabama. Post by: Be-the-Vol on September 06, 2014, 04:54:19 EDT I like the other three guys on the pregame show (SEC Nation), but I find myself switching to ESPN U Film Room when he comes on. To me the Film Room show is very interesting because they into the Xs and Os with really good analysis - all without showing any particular team bias.
