And you take THAT KIND OF RISK AT THAT POINT IN THE GAME when all you need is to get it in the freaking end zone and you have that kind of back? STUPIDEST CALL IN FOOTBALL HISTORY. The magnitude of that moment and you go with that kind of risk? Unbelievable. I am stunned by the stupidity of that kind of arrogance and risk.

And most of those were to the corners of the end zone....or to the sideline boundaries. Not to the goal line in traffic. With one of the best RB in the NFL and you can't pickup 3 feet with 3 tries you don't deserve to win the Super Bowl......And they didn't. While that seems like pretty compelling evidence in favor of the pass, for it to be valid all attempts to run the ball inside the one and not just Lynchs' should be considered. Five is much too small of a sample size. Also other factors play into this such as teams loading up and keying on Lynch would reduce his effectiveness in the short yardage situation. All that said, I think the ideal play would have been the read option with play action to Lynch.
