Title: Cauley-Stein and Harrisons apparently skipped handshakes.

Also, Andrew Harrison's post game comments about Kaminsky really ugly.  Anyone can be a good winner. Character shows when adversity rears its ugly head.

That's not possible.  All I've heard for the past two weeks is what a "great bunch of guys" this team is.  I even heard some ESPN talking head yesterday say that UK had "won America over".  How everone was rooting against them to start the season, but now everyone wanted them to win.  Apparently that person thinks "America's" borders end at the Tennessee, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Virginia, West Virginia, and Missouri state lines. :frown:

Harrison's postgame comments...yikes. If that had been a white guy saying that about a black guy, all hell would've broken loose. I guess it's not as socially unacceptable when the races are reversed, but suffice it to say that there's no place for that stuff in college basketball.

To Calipari's credit, his post-game presser was classy. And his staff did get the players back onto the court for the handshake. But he needs to work on his team just a little bit.

On a different note, I'm tired of hearing everyone say the game would've ended differently if the shot clock violation had been reviewable. Who's to say that the officials wouldn't have bungled that review just as much as they bungled the slap-to-the-face a few minutes earlier? Anyone with half a brain who wasn't wearing blue knows that should've been two shots and the ball for Wisconsin. Then there was a flat-out awful blocking call that went against Wisconsin the next trip. The officiating wasn't very good, but Kentucky got more than its fair share of 50/50 calls...as Kentucky often does. Obviously Rupps Rafters doesn't agree. Those folks are split between blaming Vegas and blaming Calipari. We can agree on the latter, at least.

They aren't used to not having their rupperees, that's for certain.

Kentucky got at least as many bad calls.  Oh heck, who am I kidding.  They got MORE.  They need to STFU about the tip.
